BSEtec’s AI chatbot significantly improved our customer interaction post 3 months deployment. Our bounce rate came to 42% from 68% which is much satisfactory. Not only did we see more leads, but our users were happier and more engaged. We’re now planning to expand chatbot capabilities to mobile apps.
